2019-2020 Registration Information

 The following information is for returning students and pre-enrolled students:

Preparations for the 2019/20 school year are under way and it’s our desire to make the transition to the new school year as easy as possible for students and their families.  Hopefully you will find the following both informative and helpful.

  • Beginning August 1, 2019, DATA CONFIRMATION for the 2019/20 school year may be done online through your Aeries Parent Portal.  Please be sure to click each tab on the Data Confirmation page and complete all required items.  There will be school specific forms in the “documents” tab.  Please download these forms and return them with 2 proofs of address and your signed “data confirmation page” at your scheduled registration date/time. If you do not have a parent portal, go to Aeries Portal for instructions to create one.   If necessary, our computer lab will be open to assist you with this process during registration.

Registration dates are as follows:

  • Seniors: Wednesday, August 7th
    • 7:30-10:30am
  • Juniors: Thursday, August 8th
    • 7:30-8:30am
  • Sophomores: Friday, August 9th ​
    • 7:30-10:30am
  • Freshmen: Monday, August 12th
    • 7:30-10:30am
  • Freshmen: Tuesday, August 13th
    • 11:30-2:30pm
  • Makeup registration day:  Wednesday, August 14th 7:30-10:30 am.
  • New Pirate Orientation & Parent Bootcamp: Sunday, August 18th 1-3pm   *Mandatory for Incoming Freshmen & Parents
  • Photographers are here during registration for ID Cards, Yearbook Pictures, and school photo packets for sale. Dress/groom accordingly.
  • ASB Student Store will be open for your student’s needs.  Cash or credit/debit card accepted.  NO CHECKS.
  • AVCOM (for textbooks) will be open to all students with class schedules.  Freshmen receive their class schedule at New Pirate Orientation on August 18th and will pick up their textbooks at that time.
  • Every student must submit a new lunch application for the 2019/20school year.  Applications will be available in August at school and online and should be completed as soon as possible (only one application per family is required).
  • If books or fines are due to the school, your registration may be delayed.

New to OUSD?

This registration process is only for NEW students to OUSD.

  1. Login to the Online Registration website
  2. Complete all required data fields
  3. Print and sign the enrollment confirmation form.
  4. Take the required documents to the school office (please see school website for specific times).

Parents who wish to confirm data or register their students in the traditional paper process may still pickup packets at the school or the district office.

  • Come to OHS with:

    • birth certificate or passport
    • immunization records
    • transcripts (8th graders bring last report card)
    • Special Education paperwork (I.E.P.) if applicable
    • 504 paperwork if applicable
